Welcome to Umami Japanese cuisine restaurant! Umami Sushi was created by Collin and Candy in 2010. We want to make dishes that give people pleasure, not just to fill the stomach. Evan Lin working as the executive sushi chef at Umami Sushi. With over ten years of working experience in Sushi, Sashimi, Nigri, and Maki.
